Will My Property Management Fees Change? What Are Nestwell's Fees? The plan is to keep your management fees the same for the foreseeable future. We do have some great programs and features we are happy to chat with you about if you want to take advantage of our other suite of services we offer. Here is our Pricing Page.
Do I Need To Sign A New Management Agreement? Yes, in order for Nestwell to properly manage your home, you will receive a new property management agreement that is on a month-to-month basis, a W-9 form for tax purposes, and a request for banking information so we can legally deposit rental proceeds. This information will be emailed via DocuSign within the next couple of days.
When Do I Get My Rental Income? Nestwell wants to send the rental proceeds as quickly as possible. Once the funds are clear and available in our bank account, we initial the direct deposit to you.
How Does Your Maintenance Work? The maintenance handling process will feel very similar with some additional automated notifications. We do have a team of people that are focused exclusively on troubleshooting, coordinating, and resolving repairs.
Who Is My Main Point Of Contact? What If I Have Additional Questions? Who Do I Contact? Paula will be onboarding you to our new system over the course of the next 90 days. What Is Happening To The iPro Team? Who Is Joining Nestwell? Paula Million, who you know well, is joining Nestwell permanently. Jerry Cloward will be available to help with the transition and the next quarter.
How Do I Access My Account (Owner Portal)? For May and June, your current iPro Portal will remain active. In the next couple of months, you will receive an email once your account is live at Nestwell. Sit tight if you don't have it yet or send us a quick hello at onboarding@nestwell.com.
