Why Do I Receive Emails From Roost and Nestwell Property Management?

CDA Properties, Inc. was established in 1980 by Linda Willis. In 2006, Linda's son, Adam Willis, began updating the company as Linda prepared for retirement.

In 2017 Linda and Adam decided to split the company into two different brands. CDA Properties would remain focused on clients who are buying and selling real estate and work with their portfolio of real estate investors who are acquiring additional investment properties. CDA still exists today

Roost Property Management was intended to be a subsidiary of CDA Properties, Inc. and take over the relationships with the tenants and existing portfolio of rentals managed by CDA just under a new brand.

In the spring of 2018, we ran into trademark issues with Roost Property Management and were forced to change to avoid issues with an established. Since the summer of 2018, we were in a holding pattern until our new name was trademarked.

We are now known as Nestwell Property Management. Nestwell is a trademarked name that will grow with many of the same team members in new roles in the company. Linda Willis is now fully retired and enjoys traveling. Adam Willis has taken over as the Principal Broker, with his childhood friend Mark Cropper as the Associate Broker.

Many of the familiar faces and voices you know received promotions as we continually evolve to provide the best property management service in Utah. For a list of contacts for each one of our tribe members, click here.
