Utility Setup

The Basics

Call every utility company and municipality (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, and HOA company (if applicable)

Inform them you are renting out the home, and Nestwell manages the property

Remove all auto payments

Remove e-statements via email and request paper statements

Leave the utility in your name
- Send all paper statements and notices to
