What Is The Leasing Fee?

Sometimes called New Tenant Placement Fee, The Leasing Fee is charged each time Nestwell places a new tenant.

Vacant homes are expensive. You are paying utilities, mortgages, lawn care services and have no income to offset the expenses. Nestwell's primary goal is to get the most qualified tenants for your home in the least amount of time. To do that, we allocate years of experience and resources to find, screen and secure the most qualified tenant in the shortest time for you and your property.

You are likely here because you aren't sure what that fee is or what we did on your behalf. Here's a list of essential tasks we do for you during the marketing, tenant placement, and property turnover process.
